‘Shortly after getting home I watched the DVD and cut up the steaks. I ended up with 8 rib eye steaks and 13 scotch fillet steaks. I was happy with that. Then I fired up the BBQ and cooked a couple of the rib eye steaks for dinner. I have to admit, I don’t always believe the marketing hype…but WOW! They were so tender, so juicy, and so tasty. They were the best steaks I can ever remember eating – and that’s saying something. Everything you said in your letter and on your website was spot on – it wasn’t hype at all as it turns out. I would like to thank you for the meat order I received from you last week.  I used half the Bolar Blade steak immediately and made a lovely casserole which, after being frozen will last several meals.  It was soooo tender.  We also used some of the steaks we got from the Rib Eye Fillet.  Thay was amazing, so moist and tender!  We don’t normally spend a lot of money on meat, normally its mince, chicken and sausages. We feel so spoilt to be able to have Rib Eye Fillets for tea.  We did take a chance and order the larger quantites from you and are very, very happy with the quality and cost effectiveness of buying meat this way.   So thank you and we will be definately ordering from you again!

‘Okay Jason - cooked one up last night, AMAZING! Seasoned with garlic rub, thyme, oil, S&P with a wedge of lemon and some roast vege. Weber - 4 minutes each side - oven for approx. 20 mins for internal temp of 145 F (will do 135-140 F next time) - rest 15 mins. Flavour and succulence incredible. That works out to be $15 per steak 600 grams and served 2 adults. My only issue is I only have 3 more in the freezer...This will be my go to steak from now on.”

‘Hi Jason,I placed my first order with you in January.It was quite a large order as I wanted to take advantage of the free knife (I love it by the way) offer.I ordered lamb, rump, chicken, chicken sausages, corned beef and beef mince and I thought I would give you some feedback.First off, I loved the way the package was delivered - a cooled esky left outside the door at home.The meat was still cold when I got home that afternoon.I cut the rump up into steaks and froze them for later use (looking forward to dinner tonight - we're having a BBQ). I froze everything and have been defrosting and using as required.I made a beautiful chilli con carne with the mince - it is heaven and I enjoy it for lunch most days during the week.What I really like about the mince is that it really crumbles into very small pieces when its being cooked, unlike 'normal' mince from the supermarket which tends to clump into big chunks rather than break down.The deboned leg of lamb was soft, juicy and succulent, and I really enjoyed eating it.I cooked it with some Moroccan spices and let it cook in a slow cooker for several hours.I tried two of the chicken sausages last night as a pre-cursor to the barbie for tonight. The idea was that if they weren't good, I wouldn't serve them tonight.Well, I guess that's what the guests will be eating tonight, along with some of the steaks that have been marinating since last night.I have passed your details on to some of the people I work with.I hope they sign up and start buying as well.I will definitely be placing further orders with you, but I just need to finish working through some of what I still have - there's no room in the freezer for anything else at this stage.Thanx,Alon”
